Dated building. Only one small toilet on 2/F. There is a basic law library with extensive foreign law materials on 5/F

Free, nice and quiet. 2F would be for kids 10-11 for adults. Nice view. Great place to study. Wifi free for 120minutes

MTR Exit K, go through the walking tunnel and exit on the sign that reads city hall. Good view of the bay near the stairs.

I've always found that they have a decent selection of English books. Even uncommon titles can be found.

The widest selection of finance books of any library in the territory (perhaps with the exception of the Central Library at Causeway Bay).
