Corporate or not, this place blows away the two shitholes I had coffee at yesterday. Go to Delmar Blvd for good coffee. Not S Grand Blvd.

Don't bother with this place, go to Park Avenue Coffee instead. Much better vibe, great coffee, and it's local! Waiting in line at Starbucks pushed me here and now I'm hooked!
